Workorders

Booking an installer automatically creates a workorder. Users must accept the purchase terms to create a workorder, and installers must accept the service terms before accepting a workorder.

Payments

Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed. Bank transfers are matched by order reference. SunSplash uses Remita. Crypto payments are final after submission and confirmation.

Installer KYC

Installers may register as individuals or businesses. SERC can be used for verification alongside NERC where applicable.
