Privacy Policy

Suntecorb collects the minimum data needed to operate accounts, designs, orders, SunSplash applications, installer KYC, bookings, workorders, support, and community features.

Data We Store

Account details, contact information, solar design inputs, cart and order records, KYC submissions, installer credentials, workorder events, payment references, and support requests may be stored in the production database.

Payment Data

Suntecorb does not store card numbers, CVV, or card tokens. Cash payment flows use bank transfer and Remita for SunSplash. Crypto payment references may be stored for reconciliation.

Retention

Useful completed records are retained for operational, audit, support, and legal purposes. Broken or incomplete temporary browser data may be cleared automatically.

Access

Admin access is restricted. Sensitive production credentials should never be shared publicly or stored inside the repository.
